Bouffard is my go-to plumber (see earlier review). This time I had them back to repair a leak in the pipes in the bathroom sink. AJ turned up, replaced a small part and the leak seemed fixedexcept it wasnt. Called them back and AJ returned, resealed all the pipes, and this time was successful. When I got the bill, I was astonished how reasonable it wasonly charged for one visit. Yeh Bouffard. P.S. They are a small, family-run company, and are VERY busy. Plan ahead. The plumber, Roger, arrived ahead of time at which point I asked him to replace my existing Moen shower faucet with one I had purchased from a local hardware store. At the start he told me that I didn't need the new faucet because the existing shower was guaranteed for life and the replacement part I needed was available. At no charge. When he returned with the part, he installed it quickly and off he went. The reason I added his name to this review is that the next time I need a plumber I will be phoning Bouffard and asking for Roger. Service: Shower repair

We had our fireplace cleaned by actually a very nice technician. Which was a nice experience. Following that appointment the women or office staff continued calling regarding the invoice, leaving voicemails ( rude tone) which was paid in full. When it came time to use the Fireplace is does not work, pilot light isnt functional so I called to let them know I paid for a service and the fireplace doesnt work. This is a main source of heat in our home. The women had said I couldnt get an appointment until the end of November! If the fireplace worked after my servicing appointment that would have been one thing but I paid for a service and the serviced appliance doesnt work. They basically stole my $250 and said sorry about your luck. That being said, I called another company.
