Its a terrible place and terrible service. The college is good, but the service of the residence is worse. If you see any mice, they only give you the useless poison traps. The mice wont be dead after they eat. And the residence never call the licensed pest control company to come to help you. Secondly, the residence fee is including the AC. If the AC has any problem, they wont come to fix it, only if you request to get the refund due unfair. Thirdly, the internet is super weak. They wont fix the problem after you complain. Finally, they overcharged me one month. I had moved out for half years, but they havent refunded me for the overcharged. I have sent a lot of email to them, but they are avoiding me. Living off campus is cheaper and letting you have a good service .

Love the idea of staying on campus super cheap while everyone's back home and you stay behind for a month or so. Can still share a "apartment" with someone and it's still cheaper than a hotel. I was very disappointed that there was no air conditioning and no fan available in our room as this was seemingly not yet functioning and/or under repair. The temperature in our room was 28.5C. Even after opening the windows and hall door in an attempt to allow some air circulation, the room temperature never dropped. As well as the too high temperature, the noise of the industrial operation next door made it impossible to sleep. Although the personnel and staff were sympathetic, I felt that they lacked the experience to perhaps better accommodate us by switching rooms.
