        Employees have no customer service skills. The manager made my partner and I cry while trying to blame us for the situation, not only that they were verbally abusive toward us and had to be physically escorted away from us because he couldnt handle his emotions. This manager accused us of physically abuse and using racial slurs. It is terrible to see a business allow someone with such a bad track record with customers still work in the hotel industry. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere, this hotel does not care about you or your well being. It is evident from how we were handled.
