Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a safe night in Sudbury. I stayed here for one night on April 19 and maybe the motel have just been renovated so the room is neat and clean. Good price. Safe and clean place to stay during your trip. Safety: Parking lot is safe and the room as well.

Very clean, affordable & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Good firm mattress, mini-fridge & microwave. Not fancy but everything you need. Only small issue was that you had to run the tap for a few minutes for the hot water to arrive but, once it got there, it was fine. We stayed during a February cold snap when it was -35C so that's probably understandable. Would highly recommend!
