QUICK LOANS FINANCIAL SERVICES

DO NOT USE!! Day 3 and they are still asking for more information. There is nothing quick about this process. Their website says they usually take about an hour to get approved. Their website says only three documents required- ID, PAD, and recent bank statement. This is a lie. I provided everything their site said they required on their website. So far I have sent: 6 months of bank statements, PAD form, 6 months of pay stubs, an employment letter directly from the HR dept, Bell bill, copy of my ID, two references and then they refused to proceed until they spoke to the HR department in person. They waited until yesterday afternoon to make this demand and said they called using the number I provided and couldn't get through. I contacted HR directly and they confirmed the number and I then called the same number with no issue. It is now Saturday and of course no one is available in HR for them to contact. I had to ask them to cancel my application- why advertise things you have no intention of actually doing? Im not sure if this is some kind of scam to collect peoples information. Im uncomfortable that a completely dishonest company has my personal information, please dont make the same mistake. Staff doesnt care, just keeps repeating the same thing over and over and has major problems with communication.

What an ironic name. Nothing "quick" about this place. Applied through the web site for a couple hundred. I work 8-6pm every day and can't make it over personally when they close at 5pm. A week later and they were still emailing me asking for more info. I gave then paystubs, identification, hydro bill, access to my banking information, work and personal references. Below average customer service. Waste of time. Site proclaims same day approval. 72+ hours later and I finally said no thanks and told them cancel it.

terrible experience, very bad communication, definitely nothing quick about them. Would never recommend to anyone.
