Rico at HQ Mortgages was the best decision we made! This is our umpteen real estate transaction and the first time we went with a broker instead of directly with the bank themselves. Rico made sure we got a reasonable mortgage rate and that we had no penalties from our previous mortgage. He took care of problems we didn't even know existed. The mortgage specialist at the bank even stated that we did good by choosing Rico, seeing as he made sure we avoided just under 10k of bank penalties. Worth it just with that, to say the least.
