Geri at the counter is not customer oriented. The phone never gets answered so people line up at the same place that you wait to register your vehicle in for an apt causing a backup of people. Their email tells you to arrive 15 min before your apt but they dont respect customer timelines whatsoever. The entire tire purchase and installation process needs revamping. Hire more tire shop staff Costco Sudbury. It is a service desk without any respect for peoples schedules.

Love Costco and have been buying tires there since 1991. However, first time buying tires at Sudbury location. The experience was not good from start to finish. They did not reinstall the hub caps and could not reset the TPMS system. The machine to do this apparently had a low battery. When we came back 2 weeks later. They were still unable to reset the TPMS system. The guy at the counter says "unbeknownst to me, the TPMS machine is not working but maybe your dealer can do this for you " Really

Terrible timing, and customer service! What is the point of online appointments when you are 70 min behind the schedule? The worst experience ever, you could have let me know in advanced at least and by the time of registering.
