great experience!! the weather took a turn and started thunder storming and we were delayed about 30 minutes. the owner was kind enough to offer everyone free passes for a return visit. I cant wait to go back!

I had a very negative experience. I decided to bring my younger sister here and we were both very excited. As a plus size person, I am always anxious about these types of activities because often there are weight limits or other things that would prevent me from enjoying myself. I noticed there was a life jacket requirement, and that they were provided. I emailed them to inquire about sizing for the life jackets, over a week before I planned to attend. They responded and said that their sizes go up to 5X. Seeing as I wear 3-4 X at most stores, I thought I would be ok. However, I emailed to ask about measurements, just in case. No response. Then, as I was flling out the waivers, one of them glitched and sent to an email when all I had done was type r in the email box. I couldnt undo or unsend that. I emailed back again to inquire about getting another waiver sent to me to fill out, no response. Between the two issues I sent about 6 or 7 emails in a week and called about 10 times, all within business hours, and it left me on hold for about 5 minutes before saying The person you are trying to reach cannot answer the phone right now, please try again later I ended up just giving up and saying that I would deal with it when I got here. I was able to fill out the second waiver. However, when it came to life jackets, their 5X didnt fit me. One of the clips could not be done up. If they had sent the measurements like Id asked, this all could have been avoided. They ended up saying its fine, you can go in like that but after about 3 minutes of swimming, one of the other clips gave out and snapped. This was the only 5X life jacket they had. Overall, extremely disappointed. My sister had a blast on the park but I paid full price to sit and watch. I normally dont write negative reviews like this, but seeing as I could not get ahold of anyone to complain, this will have to do. I do not expect everywhere to be size inclusive, but if they had answered my several emails and calls, I could have either not bought a pass for myself or brought my own life jacket. Its embarrassing enough as is. Will not be returning.
