        Bought a couple of pairs of Cloud Slides online and they arrived super quickly. However, one pair was significantly larger than the other - no fault of Stitch & Stone - it had the correct size on the bottom, so likely just a manufacturing error. I sent them an email and they (Sam) responded the next day that they checked their other pairs and they were all the wrong size so they were giving me a full refund and I should just keep the slides. It is so refreshing to receive high quality customer service. Highly recommend this store - either online or when you're in Sudbury!

        Selection of sizing was slim to nil. 1 out of 3 staff seemed to be interested in helping customers, the other 2 were aloof and not overly helpful at all. Disappointing when you expect the vibe to be similar to the Instagram page and it fell short for sure.
