Not good service when you are aggressive and disrespectful. I'm appalled at the unprofessionalism at 36 Hemlock Dr in Markham.

The bucket had taken down our internet line. The guys probably didn't even see it come down. Which I understand that these things happen. What I'm upset over is the person who answered the phone at the office. She tried to tell me that it was Roger's fault as the line must have been under 14 feet. I took a picture show it was clearly over 30 feet!!!! The audacity to displace responsibility and not be accountable for a mistake??!! Then the manager proceeds to tell us that they are not liable!!! Not professional at all. Very poor customer service.

Trespassed and jumped over the fence rails into my backyard when they were contacted to work on neighbours front yard tree. They were contracted by the city of Toronto. I called for an explanation and was told that they had to check some wiring that went through the tree. If they needed to verify something, perhaps a better way would have been consulting the neighbour whom they were contacted by? I know theyre not bad people, but the abruptness still freaked out people in the house.

What a fantastic job Weller Trees did to remove an enormous limb from a maple that had damaged due to the recent storm. They were so professional in their work and their high level of expertise was evident as they completed the work. They were extremely careful and cleaned up all the debris. They responded quickly and efficiently to our significant tree damage. Can't praise Dave and his amazing crew enough.
