I called them for tankless water heater repair and explained them the issue and water heater brand, they send me a totally inexperience and not skilled in tankless water heaters for repair. Obviously he couldn't repair and charged me for the service call 225 dollars. They are charging high price for totally clueless less service. I been dealing with them for long time, it's seems like they lost interested in their business. Service: Repair HVAC

Greg is great for easy problems that presents easy solutions. Anything harder than that, hes a pain to deal with. If you want a HVAC company that listens to your concerns and cares, look elsewhere.

We went to Design Air on the recommendation of a neighbour. After numerous other companies either just ghosted us after the first visit or could not find a simple way to deal with replacing our furnace and A/C these guys came in and were not fussed in any way by the job. They quoted quickly and fairly and were very responsive. Their installation team was the nicest group of service providers I have ever had in my house. Very old school customer service. The did everything they said they would do, on time and as -quoted, required zero micromanagement and left no trace other than a brand new furnace and AC that is working just fine.

So hard to place a service call with the order department. Too difficult to deal with.
