Product works great until......you need service.
Ordered a new bulb from the Swordfish website. It was defective on delivery. I emailed the company right away and they followed up a few days later wanting m to send in the main unit. The main unit is not the issue as I have another unit and the good bulb I have works in the unit with the bad bulb. I replied explaining the situation and I've heard zero back. It will be 4 weeks soon that I'm out close to $70 with nothing to show for it.
Terrible customer service. Not acceptable. Took my money immediately and have not fulfilled anything and poor communication. Do not buy, save your money, There are other alternatives.
