I bought a brand new 2023 Odyssey in cash having issue of ACC since day one. They just deny this is a issue while all other Honda working as spec and fool me this is it with mine and Hondas manual goes wrong. I ended up going to another dealership and open a claim with CAMVAP after hundreds phone calls and emails for almost 3 months. After the payment, I dont mean anything either to its sales or service. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

They were great before. But I don't know what happened to them! I recently received the worst regular maintenance ever! 3.5 hours wait time for an oil change and a brake check?!?! Oh they forgot to check the brakes! But they told me about not doing brake checks when I asked for the brake report. They promised me a free brake check. I came back a few days later but they said that no one is available to check the brakes!
