Careless and irresponsibe!!!!!! A terrible experience. I took my wife's car to them the other day for a recall. The car was with them for 5 hours and on picking up the car they gave me some papers that showed they had checked everything. I drove back home and parked the car in the underground parking. The day after that, early morning while my wife was driving on the highway to her work, she noticed that they had forgotten to close the hood. She was so scared and had to slow down the whole way for 20 kilometers just to be safe. Then we noticed that they had not even checked the air pressure in the tires, something that I asked them and they insisted two times that they had done. All lies. A very careless and irresponsible job. I imagine they have all faked the whole recall service and have not even touched the car. I never never never recommend them. It could lead to a terrible accident.

I highly recommend this dealership. They are professional and thorough. We had a huge issue with the breaks and even though we had to wait a long time at the dealership and there were a few set backs they were handled well. Our advisor, Rodrigo Bascur, was helpful and transparent. He is one of the best advisors at the dealership. He was easy to get in touch with via text throughout the process and was always updating us throughout the couple of days the car was at the dealership. He was patient and dealt with the issues of our car incredibly well. I have been going to this dealership for years and I know that my car is always in good hands.
