Vas and Payam built me a legal basement apartment, and took great care throughout the process. I am really happy with the final result. We had many hiccups along the way because there were very stringent building code requirements and we had to deal with about 4 inspections and each inspector asked for changes and additional construction. P&O dealt with each issue fairly and professionally and were not intimidated by the many technical issues and construction challenges in the project. The project was not cheap and one thing I do advise is always get your estimates in detail and in writing. However these guys did deliver on everything they promised and did a good, professional and thorough job. The apartment looks great and was rented immediately. They also came back to fix insulation issues with frozen pipes later in the winter. Overall it took about 6 months to finish the basement to a legal apartment but this was also due to delayed delivery of items from suppliers. Thank you for a terrific job P&O and I am glad I selected you for this tough project.
