If youre thinking about hiring Karen, dont wait another minute! I used her for both of my girls and feel so much more confident in their sleep. I know I can always count on Karens advice throughout their sleeping journeys and am so grateful for her unwavering support. This is truly the best thing you could do for yourself and your babies!!

Bedtime was a struggle for us before we did sleep training! Taking up to 2 hours per night. We often ended up co-sleeping most nights. We look forward to bedtime now! It is easier, predictable and stress-free. It really changed our life for the better! Thank you Karen!

Heres a little backstory* of my son Ethans sleep journey: he slept in his bassinet for MAYBE the first two weeks of his life. Then he outright refused to be laid on his back outside of a diaper change. So, for about two months, my husband and I took shifts wearing him in a carrier for sleep, 24/7. One night, out of pure exhaustion, we placed him on his tummy in the bassinet and he slept like a dream. But of course, placing a baby on their tummy for sleep is against AAP guidelines, so our shift work of carrying him 24/7 turned into monitoring him while he slept 24/7. At first, we considered this a win because we were getting touched out with all the contact sleep but very quickly, we felt the burden (and anxiety) of having to be attached to a monitor 24/7 to make sure he was okay. We were exhaustedsince his birth, I was getting maybe 4 hours of broken sleep a day. I was in despair that I had such a difficult babybreastfeeding had been hard because of a tongue tie, he couldnt sleep on his own, plus all the normal things first time moms stress about. I was not enjoying motherhood at all. Then, I found Andria. I read all of her amazing 5 star reviews and was hopeful. In our discovery call, she was confident that she could get our little guy to sleep independently, and on his back. She told us that shed work with hundreds of families. She told us about why she went into paediatric sleep consulting, which gave me confidence that she knew what I was going through and was just the support I needed. At the end of the call, I was again hopeful but still a bit skeptical. After a few gruelling months of motherhood, I had it in my mind that my baby was just different. He is a determined little baby and surely wasnt going to be laid on his back for sleep without a huge fight. Well, he slept through the night on night 2!!! The first two days were a bit challenging but not at all terrible; baby was learning and so was I. Andrias support on the first two nights was crucial for me to keep on carrying on. No parent wants to hear their baby cry, but Andrias reassurance that our son was ready and could do it helped tremendously. I found comfort in knowing that Andria has worked with so many families, shes really seen it all, surely she can help us, too. She was also very pragmatic and realistic on what to expect, which I appreciated the most. Andria provided a clear sleep plan that I followed closely (please, just trust the process!!!) and I loved, loved, tracking in the log sheet. It is from this log sheet that she provided tweaks to further improve our son's sleep, which was amazing. Ethan now consistently sleeps through the night and naps like a champ. I cannot recommend Andria enough. She has transformed my relationship with my son. He now gets a well-rested, engaged mommy rather than a tired, moody mommy. There was one thing Andria said in our discovery call that stuck with me throughout our time working togetherto give our baby space to figure it out. And he did! * I provided this long backstory for the parent who is exhausted, who thinks theres NO WAY their baby who has developed less than ideal sleep habits or deep sleep associations can suddenly sleep independentlythere IS a way. Her name is Andria. You need her in your village. Thank you so much, Andria!

I have reached out to Andria 38 weeks pregnant expecting my second baby. My first, about to turn 3, started to climb out of crib, stopped sleeping on her own, and the whole transition to a new bed and new room meant she couldnt fall asleep by herself anymore and would come to our room EVERY NIGHT and refused to sleep in her own bed. Expecting a newborn I was desperate and needed to retrain her sleep immediately. I couldnt have 2 kids in our bedroom! Andria created a plan right away, explained exactly what to say to my daughter, how to say, what to do. We saw improvement immediately, within one week, my daughter was proud to go to sleep on her own and did not come out her room before she is suppose to. Now she even kicks out my husband and I out of her room after story time saying she needs to go sleep by herself ! Thank you!!!

I wish we had hired Andria from the start instead of trying to sleep train our baby on our own, only to have it fall apart 1.5 months later. Turns out, sleep training is a lot more nuanced than just implementing the Ferber Method or another popular sleep training program. Andria was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and empathetic. She also ensures you can still live your life and have some flexibility, which I appreciated. Our baby is now sleeping through the night in her crib, and taking amazing naps. Having Lauras additional support via the More Than Sleep Program enabled me to feel confident in my decisions, I was impressed by her ECE background!
