Rochelle Brown is the best travel agent I've ever had to work with. She's also one of the hardest working person when when it comes to your travel needs and knowledgeable when it comes to travel advises. I highly recommend her.

I have used this travel agency for many years for all of my vacations and I rate the service by Eva to be nothing short of excellent. As an example, last year, through my own fault, my wife and I missed our Air Canada flight to Shanghai to join a cruise the following day. I contacted the travel agent immediately and Eva was able to rebook us with Air Canada the next morning with no penalty as well as arrange a taxi pickup at Shanghai airport which got us to ship before embarkation closed. It was a close call, but thanks to the swift action by CW on Bayview, we were able to enjoy our cruise.
