This was my first time using a recruitment firm........ It was amazing, right from the start Ally was able to understand my strength's and what I was looking for. She was able to find the right job, with the right employer. Ally knew what I was looking for and what company would be the right fit. Not just trying to place people in open jobs. Ally was my advocate she was there for me. Not only the right employer but the salary and vacation that I deserved with my background. Not only was she there for every step she prepared me for all interviews, made sure to go over the offer with me and we were able to find somethings that we were able to change. I have been with the new company for 2 months now and she still checks in...Agilus is lucky to have her and I am lucky she found me. Thank you Ally and Agilus!

From day one with Agilus Work Solutions, I have worked with Alexandra Neri (Ally). Over the course of only a short amount of time, Ally also became a friend. Ally has been there - above and beyond - in every aspect of not only the prepping, but to the final step. Any bump in the road, Ally was there to mentor and help in every way you would not even imagine. I also know some of the stuff... Ally did not have to help with as its not her job description but she did above and beyond her work ethics to make my process successful. The cherry on top is she is amazing and got me interviews of an unheard amount. More than I could dream of. Ally always got back to me and answered every question, even the stupid ones. She's honest, understanding and has a great passion what she does. Me myself probably put a lot of obstacles in her way with certain demands but that didn't stop her at all. And on top of it - Ally was still kind, considerate and understood my needs to make me as successful as I am. Thank you Ally for everything you have done.
