I selected ISA Co. based on the positive reviews from Google for my build project which included asbestos removal, demolition, excavation and backfill services. My experience with ISA Co was very positive and consistent with the other reviews here. The price is fair, the quality is good and overall the owner is very willing to work with you and accommodate your schedule. I will work with them again for my next project!

I highly recommend ISA Co. Working with and communicating with Eisa was professional and got the job done. No issues and surprises. My home is at yonge and sheppard area. He manages his team and work to be punctual and good quality as I understand it. No issues with the depth and elevations. I asked that trees and hedges don't have to be cut down as much as possible and he was able to manage that for the backfill with his bobcat machinery. He came on time during backfill. One thing he went over the top was when the sidewalk had an apparent tripping hazard due to heavy trucks, he offered to do his best to resolve that with breaking up the sidewalk that is left sticking up and applying so gravel. It could have been that another heavy truck picking up the forms may have cause this issue. But he offered to resolve it and am very grateful.
