        Ive been dying my roots blonde for 8 months and wanted to transition faster to white hair. I paid $200 for blonde highlights and was adamant I did not want my roots darkened. I was given NO choice - Marina does what she wants and has a temper too. I brought pictures, talked about it... She does NOT do what the customer asks for. It looks like black shoe Polish on my scalp. EXACTLY what I didnt want. Years and months during Covid growing it out now wasted. How about doing what the customer wants?! I AM FURIOUS AND DEVASTATED. She made my light brown hair black, and gave me one inch black roots. I was so allergic to the products - my scalp is still burning the second day. I am so upset about it there are no words.
