Svetlana is a very professional and attentive therapist. She identifies and treats the problem considering the whole body, not just the immediate area. She demonstrates excellent medical knowledge and thoroughly explains the diagnosis and the treatment. Her office is a clean, very friendly and comfortable place. Svetlana is a great listener and she makes you feel like an only client, not just the next in line. Her scheduling is great, we always start and finish on time. I will not hesitate to recommend Svetlana to anyone who needs a physiotherapist.

Svetlana is very knowledgeable and competent. I can say my sessions with her are "almost" enjoyable. She is dealing with a long standing problem of mine and making good progress. Highly recommended.

I started to see Svetlana at Physio Impact a couple of month ago for an acute elbow pain. Now I know the cause of the pain, I know the treatment plan, I know the recovery progress, I know exactly what I can do to help healing..., and I'm confident that I can throw baseball again in this summer.
