Homeyra and Mary make an excellent team. First of all, I need to say I always thought real estate agents were basically there to trick you and take advantage of you. I have a totally different perception of what a realtor is supposed to be after my experience with Diamond Group. Between the two of them, there was basically someone on call to walk us through questions and concerns through every point in our deal. The whole experience was catered to us, our budget, and the specifications of our life's needs and wants. They took the time, starting off with a first meeting to map out the course of the perfect house for my husband and I. We ended up with the perfect home in the exact neighbourhood in the GTA that we wanted. No question or concern was too much. They took the time through this two month long search to ensure we arrived at the exact house, mortgage and deal that was right for us, even patiently dealing with us through indecision. It was really a five star experience. I only remembered to come review them after all these months when I received my Christmas gift from Homeyra and Mary today at my door.
