MECH Physiotherapy

I have been going to Mech Physio for the past year. I had a long wonderful conversation with Mariana before deciding to go there. I could not walk with a pinched nerve in my back. I met with Kendra who knew exactly what to do. I was in no pain after that first visit! I also have massages with Svetlana. Would not go anywhere else and highly recommend any of their staff.

After bi-weekly sessions for several months, my back and neck pain were completely eliminated! Moving forward, I will continue to do the recommended strengthening exercises and stretches to help prevent future pain and re-injury. Thank you so much to Kendra and the MECH Physiotherapy clinic for providing such phenomenal patient care!

I highly recommend Mech Physio! The staff is always welcoming, accomodating, and highly knowledgeable. Stacy professionally and effectively treated my arthritic hand and sciatic-related issues, and provided me with the exercises and skills to help maintain my positive results. My pain and mobility have improved tremendously under her care. Overall, a very positive experience from reception to treatment!

I had a great experience with Mariana and her team: they took time to listen, explore, educate, and ultimately help me resolve my issue (and help make sure it doesn't happen again!). Very warm and knowledgeable, highly recommend.
