        Critical: Professionalism Booking the appointment was easy, text and e-mail reminders were very helpful, map directions made it easy to find the place... One hiccup only: nobody was there. Unbelievable. Used online service instead. This is the 2nd time: first time he was late, no proper equipment, house is a mess, very poor experience! Not recommended, don't waste your time!
