Aligned to Design Osteopathy

I have been using Shira for a while. She has this amazing knowledge of anatomy and can identify and treat the source of a problem in a short 30 min session. Im amazed that she can just relieve pain on the spot by restoring alignment with a few twists. Easy to book an appointment, easy to submit for insurance coverage and such a pleasure to work with. Posture has such a deep effect on our daily lives and bad habits only become more deeply ingrained as we age. Ill be coming back!

I was struggling with lower back pain and overall body stiffness. Shira listened empathatically to my history and was able to effectively treat my lower back with such precise skill. Shira literally has hands of gold. I was suffering for years from shoulder pain and went to lots of different ppl to help relieve the pain. After one session, my range of motion is way way better!!! I highly recommend Shira and her gentle treatment for anyone in any kind of pain.

My experience with Shira was incredible! I visited her due to low back pain in early pregnancy. She was able to help the pain decrease within 1 session! Truly amazing and not to mention such a sweet person to deal with too. Highly recommend you book a visit!
