This firm was really bad. Brandon didn't know how to handle a multiple offer situation that happened a few weeks ago. He made all the people wait over 3 hours before even looking at the offer and didn't keep the clients updated. \He only told us his client was on their way to the offer after 2 hours!!

Do not go with this brokerage, they are extremely unprofessional and do not have your best interest. We dealt with Ming Ren and Ray Yung (the manager) from RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc. Ming Ren misrepresented services he would provide and did not disclose key contract facts! When we tried to bring it up to the manager, Ray Yung, instead of listening to our concerns he threatened us with legal consequences. This how they conduct business by threats rather than resolutions. When we tried sending emails of our concerns they just chose to ignore us, so much for customer service and looking after people they do business. They do not have your best interest and only care for themselves. They will say anything to get your business and screw you over if you try to back out because of the lies they told you. Do not trust them.
