Hanif Arkian is far more than a real estate agent! His tens of years of experience along with his insight into the market, his candor, dedication, patience and honesty really stand him out. I have both renting and buying experience with him and he played not only a realtor role but also a mortgage advisor, an insurance guide and in general a 360-consultant that helps you out all along your journey to make it the best ever experience. We looked for a property for months and his keen eyes for details and his great command of negotiation (that requires great cultural and business intelligence) lead us make our best decision. Same applied to renting out our property. His rigor and patience in selecting the best possible profile paid off and we ended up signing the contract with the best tenant we could find. I wish I met him earlier but I am sure it was an start to an everlasting cooperation. he is "highly" recommended...

I have had the pleasure of working with Hanif since 2013 when we purchased our first home with him. Throughout all of the dealings we have had with him, a few things have stood out about him. He has the utmost integrity and honesty. We completely trust him when he provides advice. He has patience. He is willing to spend lots of time viewing a multitude of properties to help him understand what you are looking for. He has attention to detail. He looks at every property as though he is buying it for himself and points out any flaws he sees. His goal is not to buy you something, but to buy you THE property you want and need. We would work with Hanif again in a heartbeat and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We've worked with Hanif in two of the peaks of GTA's crazy housing market, and both times we were very satisfied with our purchase at the end. We almost gave up and got tired after exhausting searches , but Hanif's patience and knowledge prevented us from buying a property which doesn't suit our taste and needs. We've recommended him to multiple friends since, and they have been happy as well.
