We are extremely satisfied with Van Buren Real Estate services and highly recommend to anyone. I and my family were relocating from Montreal in a low-inventory rental market area! It would be so difficult and costly without Matans's help. After a few visits, he quickly got to know our taste and were able to find and secure a rental in GTA without us having to visit the property in person. Honestly, we contacted/talked to several other agents before seeing Matan; none of them were as responsive as he was.

Matan recently helped me find a furnished condo in the Vaughan area. His level of customer service goes well beyond what I expected. Always available to answer an array of questions I had. As a first time renter, I likely needed a little more help than most of his clientele. He helped walk me through the whole process and made it very easy. Would highly recommend his services!

So me and my husband were leasing a condo for the very first time in Toronto and we were fairly new to Toronto which means we havent spent years and years in Canada and therefore we didnt have the best Canadian references or even credit scores. But Matan made sure that he could get us a condo that fits in all our requirements. He was just a call away when we wanted to book a viewing or talk to the sellers agents. He has even arranged for viewings in the shortest possible notice. He has also guided us on what we should offer or whats the best. Honestly, we were slightly disappointed because of the rejections we received from some of the landlords in the beginning but Matan never lost hope and in-fact he gave us the assurance that he will find us the best which he DID We found a beautiful place we can now call HOME because of Matan He is no doubt the best and will do his best so you can get what you desire.
