He Just needs more training , doesn't have enough experience in real estate. specific by selling a property . do not recommend him at all.

Jason Katz is the ONLY agent I recommend to people and I recommend him a lot! Jason works for you and with you tirelessly and always with a smile. Any questions you have he has the right answers for. Jason is one of the best realtors for both Buying, and Selling in the GTA. While Buying, Jason was able to work his magic, and get me closed on a deal, where we were actually BEAT on the bid by another buyer! Somehow, he still got me my dream home. While Selling, Jason was able to navigate the nuances of "Covid Showings" and sell my property at FULL ASK in the Peak of Covid. All around great Agent, and would highly recommend for both buying, and selling needs!
