At first you think of them as one of the typical agents but when you do business with them you see how different they are. Very trustworthy, honest, humble and educated. It's not often to come across a realty company like that. If they give you verbal promise, they keep it and that's amazing.

This has been the best experience we've ever had with a real estate agent! Ali Salarian and team have gone way above and beyond their job description & our expectations to accommodate our needs, get the best possible price for our house and sell it within a much shorter time than predicted, as well as help us find the right new house for us, with daily, thorough research about the area, presented and discussed whenever we narrowed down our choices. Though I'm sure they're busy with many clients, but they always made us feel like a priority to them. Ali had to leave town for a short personal time off during our house search, but stayed in touch, continued to monitor it closely and provided ongoing support while his team and colleagues were helping us out until he returned. We've moved a lot and dealt with many agents over the years. PPS, Ali and team are by far the most honest and reliable agents we've ever had the pleasure to work with. It's been an outstanding experience, thank you!

It was a great experience to work with PPS Realty. Ali Salarian did an outstanding job helping me out through the whole process of purchasing my first home. He's approachable, knowledgeable, professional and explains things in a very clear way. He also always replies in a timely manner. This is my first time working with Ali and highly recommend him! On top of that and most important, Ali shared 50% of his commission in cash with me :) thanks so much PPS Realty for making my first buy such a wonderful experience
