We bought a house with Stas few months ago and it was a great experience. It took us a while to figure out what we want and he made sure to take us step by step through all the options and educate us along the way. My husband and I found him to be very honest and reliable when it came to his professional opinion on certain deals we liked but were not really a good buy. Felt like he really cared about us being happy with the house we buy for the long run. Definitely recommend him!
