This is the second time in two years that we have worked with Dave's team. We trusted Dave's experience and worked with him to get the right selling price. The staging team did a fantastic job staging our home and then we met with Melissa, who suggested we set an open house and offer date. We had close to 20 showings scheduled in the first 3 days the house was listed. We had many pre-emptive offers, but Melissa sold our home for more than we expected from a couple who came to see it at the open house. I highly recommend having an open house with her. In conclusion, she and Dave's team did a top-notch job at what they do best, and I think that's worth recommending to anyone looking to sell a home in the current GTA market.
