Working with Jeremy Chen was an absolute pleasure. He knows the ins and outs of the real estate market and was able to guide us comfortably during the whole selling process. I really liked the fact that he was proactive and always on top of things so that we didn't have to reach out to him first for anything. Professional, attention to detail, and commission savings in my pocket!!! I just closed on the sale of my condo with the assistance of Sam Al-Zaman of One Percent Realty.
