When I first started looking for a place to rent I really had no idea what the meta was. Enter Jessica. She carried me on her back the entire way. My fianc and I worked with Jess to purchase our first home. We began working with her yearly this year but because of the hot market we took a step back. She was very understanding and helpful during that process. Fast forward to September and we were ready to give the market another try and we immediately called Jess because we loved working with her the first time. We jumped right back in and picked up where we left off. Jessica is someone with a tremendous amount of patience helping people deal with the largest financial transaction / most stressful life decision. She is very knowledgeable, hard working and professional and we knew we could rely on her to get the job done. Jessica helped my family find the perfect house in the neighborhood we wanted, and was able to negotiate an amazing price for us. And on top of that, we only had 3 months to sell our old house before moving into the new one, so we were strapped for time. But Jess was able to sell our old house very quickly in a shifting market. She put a lot of work in for us and made our difficult situation as smooth and simple as possible.
