We recently had our roof re-shingled by Stable Roofing. Ivan is very knowledgeable and hard working. He gave us a reasonable quote and answered all our questions. We met with 4 roofers and chose Stable since he seemed to be the best value. Ivan and his team arrived on time and completed our roof on time, as he promised. The job was done professionally and efficiently, including total cleanup. I definitely recommend Ivan and Stable Roofing to do roof repairs or a full roof. Needed shingles on my roof to be replaced in October 2021. Got a few quotes and finally opted to give the job to Ivan at Stable Roofing. He provided a written estimate outlining what he was going to do and the prices. Ivan and his team showed up on time, were very professional, polite and respectful. They were soft spoken guys and I could see their respect for Ivan. I had had a few estimates (not written like Ivans) and Ivan had done a friends roof in Scarborough after she saw some other roofs he had done on her street! I have no regrets since Ivan and team did a superb job and Ivan answered the multiple questions that I had. Clean up was excellent. I was even more impressed when just last week, after the storm several weeks ago, a neighbours roof had an issue and didnt know who could answer a question for him. Suggested that I would contact the roofer who replaced my shingles to make enquiries for him. I sent a text for Ivan and same night after he returned home from work he phoned me with an answer. Wow! I just had to write a review because my roof stood up to those high winds and Ivan was so courteous in responding to me! He gets 5 stars Services: Roof installation, Gutter cleaning
