This is one of my all-time favourite places to shop. All local growers, farmers, producers, and artisans. Lots of variety. Everyone is so friendly!!! Love it! Throughout the summer, I can get most of my grocery shopping (veggies, fruits, meats, poultry, preserves, sauces and baked goods like bread and sweet treats too!) done here. This year, there's even wine, mead and beer! It's all fresh and let's me support local small businesses at the same time. I look forward to going back each week. I even get incredible and unique handmade gifts here from the local crafters. I highly recommend the Thornton Farmers Market whether you're local to Thornton/Innisfil/Barrie or on your way to the cottage for the weekend.

This is an excellent market! So many great local vendors selling fresh food (everything from produce, meat, and even pre-made snacks and meals) and other great products (including wine and beer!). Also love that it's easy to park and in a large open and comfortable space. If it wasn't for winter, I wish it could run all year.
