        I am new pt to this Clinic followed my Dr D Yohn Receptionist very RUDE taking my info first time Called to make app Receptionist kept putting me on hold SHE couldnt deal with my requests Last time Receptionist's decided to cancel my app as Id see my Dr two days pryer App for another reason

        Receptionist was very rude and rushing my very first phone call with this clinic. I was asking questions and trying to schedule first time appointments & she seemed to be getting annoyed with the call taking a few extra moments. Bad first impression overall.
