I visited several times. All of my experience. Extremely bad customer service from the pharmacy staff.

Ordered a puffer for delievery . Arrives 2 days later and driver asked me for money when I'm on Ohip. They took my medication back and told me it will be delievered the next day.. 3 days later i have yet to receive nothing. Today I asked for the pharmacist to call my doctor office for My prescription and I was told " we don't chase down prescription " the arrogance of the people who work here is outrageous. You can tell they don't enjoy working there but there are a million people who would rather actually do their job and be thankful . From the pharmacist to the lady who picks up the are all ignorant people.

Love this location. The pharmacy, their pharmacists and support staff are always a pleasure to do business with. Whether it be getting a prescription filled, medical advice, or otherwise, it is always a please to meet with them.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to and I wanted to give it a chance every time but its been over a year and every single time theres been an issue. This week however was the last straw when I had to go a week without a time sensitive medication that causes bad withdrawals when stopped abruptly. I was supposed to have this medication delivered a week ago and it never came. When I called the day after, someone said it was already refilled a few weeks ago and thats why they didnt sent it out so they cant give me my medication. When I told them it was never refilled and thats why Im calling for a refill I was told to call back the next day and speak to the pharmacist. After several calls each day over the next week, Ive been told today that it will for sure be delivered. I plan on switching pharmacies after this.
