Very pleased with my experience with Dr. Malhotra and his office. Doctor took the time to explain my results and answer all of my questions. I felt heard and not rushed. Also had a few interactions with his admin, Amber. She was also very helpful and kind.

So far so good. Dr Segal is thorough checking background history examining me and offering options for follow up. Hes young intelligent. Rose administrative assistant is very nice extremely helpful.

I am soooo impressed and thrilled with Dr. A. Shetty and his Assistant, Laurie! They are both soooo professional and helpful! I am looking forward to Dr. A. Shetty re-locating to MGH! How wonderful it is to have an office (especially nowadays) actually return your phone calls! I am a retired medical assistant/transcriptionist/secretary for the past 40 years, so I know first-hand about how patients SHOULD be treated!! Looking forward to meeting Dr. Shetty personally on Nov. 30th, 2021!!

I wanted to thank the Dr Malhotra and his staff (especially Amber) for their great attention and work. The Dr was friendly, prompt and explained everything that was going to happen (and could happen). Amber was friendly and prompt in returning phone calls. I appreciate the care they gave me. I was dreading the entire procedure and they made it a positive thing. Thanks so much
