BMO Bank of Montreal

I actually dred going to this location. I either just don't get done what i need or travel across town. The manger of the front desk is so rude to everyone! I honestly don't know why she works here. I have only delt with 1 nice staff member ever and im not sure she even works there anymore. The staff make you feel unwelcome. Oh and the manger once demanded pitchure id from my 14 year old son! Anyone who knows anything knows a 14 year old dose not have id.

Horrible customer service. I've been banking with BMO for over 10 years, and even then good luck getting anyone to call you back in a timely manner. This has happened to me on multiple occasions, it takes literally weeks for anyone to get back to you even for the simplest of financing requests. Go to a credit union. Rates may be abysmally higher but at least when something needs to get done, it gets done.

Workers are great. Walked in at 8:30 pm to drop a deposit off. There was 2 passed out people with food and booze on the ground.. definitely dont feel safe at all there

I could not be more impressed with the help I received at this branch with a complex banking issue (and I'm not even a regular customer here). Peggy Lim was tremendously efficient, accommodating, and helpful. 100% recommend.
