I was recently on a 10 day trip with my University. Despite requesting to NOT have the same driver as last year due to a horrible experience, the company still sent us with their driver Rick. The first day should have been a 9 hour trip, but the transmission was malfunctioning resulting in many stops and driving 35km/hr. The driver was consistently calling the company but was told repeatedly they would not give him another bus. We were stuck with this bus for a week, with no air conditioning, constant jerking and shaking, and a washroom that filled the entire bus with an unbearable smell. For the sake of time, I will give the worst parts: 1. Rick committed hit and runs 2. Was a terrible driver, students would constantly be thrown out of their seats or have to grab on to their seats. 3. HE KICKED A STUDENT (because he had fallen asleep after many hours of travel and had his leg hanging off the seat into the aisle). 4. HE SWORE AT STUDENTS (because we asked to use the washroom while stopped. Telling us to get off his bus and stay off his bus) 5. CONSTANT INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS/ARGUING WITH PROFESSORS (He tried to control when and where we stopped, told professors a student could not see a doctor after an medical emergency due to him simply not wanting to pick them up as it would mean driving extra. Tried to lie multiple times about his driving hours but he kept changing the numbers)There is more, but those are the main points. However, the last couple days we got a new driver: Dave and a new bus. Dave was absolutely lovely and accommodating to our needs. He was lovely to talk to and made us all feel a lot safer with his driving. The new bus was in excellent working order, clean and smelled good. This company is lucky to have Dave. I would highly recommend him as a driver. Thank you Dave for making our trip a lot better and getting us home safely! You truly changed the energy of the trip considering how much time we had to spend on the bus. I hope the company recognizes you and your customer service abilities.

I was recently on a Winning Streak charter bus for a week long trip. Let me start with the positive, the windows were large, the seats relatively comfortable, and the air conditioning is cold. However, The bus smelled like a public washroom the whole time, the bus driver swore and yelled at students, scraped a vehicle and took off a mirror of a parked car and after he hit them he drove off, he didn’t know how to operate the transmission properly, and it was the most jerky ride I’ve ever experienced. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
