        Went through today to use my free coffee points I had. Apparently their scanner isnt working and the guy working told me if I want coffee, I pay. Told him its not my fault their machine is broken. He then proceeds to rudely argue with me that a free coffee is 700 points ( its 400 ). He then shoved my coffee at me and stormed away. Entitled brat. Please go back to hiring proper customer service workers Tim Hortons. I wouldve paid no problem but his attitude was terrible.
