Excellent service and technical ability! I had a 3 1/2 inch floppy drive that I needed to recover data from. I took the disk to many businesses in Thunder Bay, but they were unable to recover the data. I even spent two full days with Microsoft trying to recover the data, to no avail. By sheer luck I stumbled across Protec-IT and was surprised and relieved to find out that they specialize in data recovery. Their service needs to be made more well-known, as they were the only ones able to recover the data. Thank you!

Avoid this place!!! Enrico Ricci at protec-IT, messaged me on ebay on to purchase some computer cards. He asked for a discount since he lost his job and has no money... After he bought the cards from me he then said I didn't ship them on time and that they didn't works on his software.. what kind of business are you running scamming people on ebay and trying to get free stuff on ebay to sell at your location!!! Check the pictures if you don't believe me!
