Dr. Bagley is a wonderful dentist who really cares about his patients. The entire team is so genuine, welcoming and able to make you feel at ease! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Thunder Bay. Special shout out to Melissa who helped me set up my first appointment during the times of covid restrictions! I was worried that no dentist would be able to help me out with a sore cavity that needed attention. But she reassured me they had protocols in place to help me out and made sure I was taken care of. They are THE best!

Best Dentist ever! ( Oh I have an experience!) Took me as en emergency right away, fixed everything, didnt change extra. I wish all doctors were like this: knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, friendly. special thanks to the staff! people of Thunder Bay are lucky to have such a good doctor!

We had the best experience with Dr. Bagley and his team, they were welcoming and reassuring, patient and understanding, especially with my anxiety around dental treatments. Our whole family are now patients- thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. I absolutely recommend them for family and friends.

Booked a last minute appointment to repair some severely chipped teeth. As a student not local to the area, the fact they were able to book me in on short notice was great. Super clear communication through email and very friendly staff. Work on my teeth was done incredibly efficiently and with zero pain. Dentist was professional and very friendly. Overall, very positive experience and highly recommended.
