Some of the salesmen there seem very rushed, hurried, and kind of frantic. Maybe that's why ours didn't really listen to me. They don't have a lot of options. They don't seem to sell a wide variety of brand names. I was so displeased with our purchase that I went back two months later and canceled instead of settling for something that wasn't exactly as we asked for. It took a little while to find what we were looking for, but we are extremely happy with our purchase. Great deal, awesome product, and warranty for less than half. I like to buy locally but, this city doesn't have the businesses that have large items on the premises. Too much has to come ordered!!!! Customer service is really lacking!!!! Probably won't go back in there again....

Awful. From the moment we entered the store, till we managed to leave. All the staff saw was dollar signs on us, and almost felt confined from leaving because they were so pushy. When in wanting to support local, won't be back.

I had dashcam installation at here. I had to make 3 times trip to make the installation perfect. Go here if you want to waste time. I can't share all details and upload pics because google doesn't let it show publicly. But sales guy vern was very nice.
