Best Western Plus Norwester Hotel & Conference Centre

Rooms: Clean, well appointed rooms, but common hall areas are a bit dated. Other common areas, such as lobby, are clean and updated. Walkability: Minimal commerce within walking distance, but plenty of enjoyable walks with reduced traffic roads in vicinity. Ski hill and golf course within 10 minute walk.

The hotel was great minus a few things that made our night a little less uncomfortable. We always stay with best western so these few things are minor. Overall the stay was nice. Staff friendly, good breakfast and the hotel was clean. 1. The beds are VERY firm. Usually they're a bit more soft. 2. The sheets in our room felt like sandpaper. Very stiff and not soft at all. 3. The water pressure was very poor.

Was at cliffhanger restaurant. Excellent customer service, pleasant atmosphere, spectacular view. I had a pickerel dinner. It was good. A little more seasoning would have made it perfect. I even requested an accomodation to the veggies that came with the dinner and they obliged without any hesitation. Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 More
