Terrible hotel (now). I've stay here several times of the years and this hotel have continued to go down hill. The rooms aren't very clean, lot's of people lingering in the lobby and hallways. The heat in the room is only on high (and crazy hot) or not at all. We opened the window to cool the room down but people lingering outside smoking outside the windows. The conference room was excellent and service was good for the event we attended. Also Chicago Joes food and service was very good but the hotel, rooms and clientele lingering around are not. I will never stay here again! This place isn't worth anywhere near the $270/night they charged. Rooms: Not clean and noisy.

Certainly a three star hotel. Older but clean. Breakfast was super crowded but they actually had a large selection. Some more staff around to help out and be available would be super helpful. Our family suite had two rooms and it was cheaper than other hotels with one which was great. Nothing spectacular, but adequate and for the price the free parking and breakfast was a big plus. They even had some gluten free breakfast options which is a particular problem normally. (wife is a celiac)
