        Stayed overnight and checked in late at 11pm. Hotel is super clean and fresh with full front desk staff even at night. Full service and great breakfast includedwhich is a rarity these days.

        Hotel is great, but making a reservation is a process. I have called twice, and both times, the receptionist struggled with letters and I had to have them to repeat my email address 3-4 times using the phonetic alphabet, this is a skill you should have if you are taking customer information (-1). Also, they got a new call and that became the priority, I was put last in line, terrible customer service (-1). The free breakfast is great (+2).
