        We've hired Robert's 2 different times (one for plumbing and one for furnace repair) and both times they weren't able to fix the issue. We were still charged for the "work" that was done and we ended up having to hire another company to fix the issues. I don't like leaving negative reviews for local businesses but both experiences left us disappointed and feeling ripped off. Service: Heating system repair

        The best company in Thunder Bay! Well priced, professional, always has parts in stock (even to the older models).... and staff is amazingly friendly and compassionate in times of mechanical crisis. I love them.
