I have been with dr Kelly Magee Adam for over 15 years, she is a good doctor, she had a lot of knowledge, especially when I had my heart attack, she was aware of what I was going through, hit the nail right on on the head. They treat me good, I thank them.

I went there for a walk-in at the request of my family doctor as you cannot prescribe an MRI to a patient without seeing him in person. The receptionist refused explaining to me that I had to make an appointment. So I agreed to this by asking her for a date for an appointment. She told me that it was impossible to make an appointment while being in person. She insisted that I call her. I stood in the hallway and phoned her as she adamantly refused to give me one without a call. It was exactly the same receptionist who answered me. She complained on the phone that she didn't understand me well because of my French accent.....I explained to her that my address would surely have been easier to understand for her by simply looking at my driver's license card or seeing me in person as I was in the hallway. She wanted to continue on the phone despite the many repetitions she asked me to do, telling me that she couldn't hear me well... I ended up having an appointment in two weeks... I don't recommend this clinic to anyone due to the receptionist not using judgment and not respecting the family doctor's wishes. Je me suis rendue sur place pour un sans rendez-vous la demande de mon mdecin de famille comme on ne ne peut prescrire un IRM un patient sans le voir en personne. La rceptionniste a refus en m'expliquant que je devais prendre un rendez-vous. J'ai donc accept ceci en lui demandant une date pour un rendez-vous. Elle m'a indiqu que c'tait impossible de prendre rendez-vous en tant en prsentiel. Elle a insist pour que je lui tlphone. Je me suis mise dans le corridor et lui ai tlphon comme elle refusait catgoriquement de m'en donner un sans un appel. C'tait exactement la mme rceptionniste qui m'arpondu. Elle se plaignait au tlphone qu'elle ne me comprenait pas bien en raison de mon accent francophone.....Je lui ai expliqu que mon adresse aurait srement t plus facile comprendre pour elle en regardant tout simplement ma carte de permis de conduire ou en me voyant en personne comme j'tais dans le corridor. Elle a voulu continuer par tlphone malgr les nombreuses rptitions qu'elle me demandait de faire en me disant qu'elle ne m'entendait pas bien... J'ai fini par avoir un rendez-vous dans deux semaines... Je ne recommande cette clinique aucune personne en raison de la rceptionniste qui n'utilise pas son jugement et ne respecte pas les souhaits du mdecin de famille.
